The Organized Parent's customer service goal is simple: We are committed to providing our customers total satisfaction. Every time. Guaranteed. Shipping: We use U.S. Mail and UPS to handle our packages, and ship to the U.S. and Canada only. Standard orders are shipped within two business days. Two- to three-day and overnight orders that are received before 12 p.m. Eastern time are shipped the same day.  Returns: We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you decide the item you ordered just isn't right, you are welcome to return new, unused items for a full refund within 30 days of purchase. Returns of new, unused items after 30 days but before 90 days will be accepted for store credit.
